My family and I recently relocated to Southaven, MS from Raleigh, NC to join Mississippi Upper Cervical Clinic.  I am the office manager and the clinical nutritionist in the office.  We strive to provide the highest quality care that we can and make it possible for your body to perform at its maximum potential.  My role in the office is to help the patients feel welcome and comfortable in our office.  I manage the staff and help the patients get the best care possible.

As the clinical nutritionist, I offer personalized nutritional services to help make your body as healthy as it can be.  Along with your Upper Cervical Care, I can help you lose weight, gain weight or simply make yourself as healthy as possible through proper nutrition.  Your body will be fully replaced with what you eat within the next year so it is important to feed your body with the right things. Your body was made to be a holy temple and now it’s your choice to treat it that way.

In May of 2002, I graduated with a bachelors of science in Biology from Roanoke College in Salem, VA.  I soon began chiropractic school at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA.  I graduated in February 2006 and my life changed in September 2006 when our daughter Jaycie was born.  It was very important to us that I stay at home with her until she went to school.  Now that she is 4 ½ years old and attending a wonderful school, I have rejoined the work force.  We are all enjoying this new chapter in our lives and I can’t wait to see how the  Mississippi Upper Cervical Clinic can bring health and wellness to everyone around us.  It is truly a gift from God!
